Enhancing Diagnostic Accuracy Of Multiple Myeloma Through Ml-driven Analysis Of Hematological Slides: New Dataset And Identification Model To Support Hematologists

This article discusses the challenges of diagnosing Multiple Myeloma (MM) and presents a potential solution using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning. The study includes a trained model and a dataset of thousands of images of plasma cells, which can be used by researchers and hospitals with limited resources. The results have already been applied in the public health system in Brazil and can potentially be extended to diagnose other malignancies.
