This article provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the state of medical imaging in cancer immunotherapy. Through a search of the Web of Science Core Collection database, the authors identified 704 English articles published between 2003 and 2023, with a rapid increase in publications since 2018. The top two countries in terms of publications were the United States and China. The article also discusses current research hotspots and future research directions in this field.
