Artificial Intelligence (AI) has evolved into a sophisticated machine-learning model with real-life applications, such as chatbots for resume rewriting, e-mail marketing campaigns, vacation planning, and home renovation projects. Despite the potential for AI to replace human workers, most experts believe that AI still requires a human touch and will create a need for AI-savvy professionals. Karim Lakhani, a professor at Harvard Business School, believes that AI will lower the cost of cognition and that humans with AI will replace humans without AI. However, AI models lack the understanding of emotional intelligence, ethics, and cultural nuance, which are essential for widespread adoption.
