FPT, a leading corporation in Vietnam, has announced its acquisition of Cardinal Peak, a US-based company that specializes in product engineering services. This strategic move will strengthen FPT’s product engineering delivery capabilities in North America and provide Cardinal Peak with access to enhanced service offerings, greater scale, and global delivery options. The strategic investment signing ceremony took place in Hanoi, Vietnam, with the participation of both companies’ senior leaders. FPT and Cardinal Peak expressed their alignment in ways of working and a people-focused mindset, as well as optimism for future opportunities.
