Artificial intelligence (AI) and its subsets, such as machine learning, neural networks, and deep learning, have the potential to revolutionize the medical field. AI can be used to analyze medical images, such as ECG and EEG, as well as labelled and unlabeled data. Machine learning algorithms, such as naïve basis and support vector machines (SVMs), can be used to predict breast cancer occurrence, pattern, and early detection. AI can also be used for communicable and non-communicable diseases. This Special Issue invites original research articles, detailed review articles, and short communications on the applications of AI in cancer and other diseases.
