Apple is reportedly developing its own artificial intelligence tools to challenge Open AI, Google and others. The tech giant has created a chatbot, codenamed “Apple GPT,” which is being used internally by Apple employees to help with product prototyping. Apple has yet to determine a strategy for releasing the technology to consumers, but is reportedly aiming to make a significant AI-related announcement next year. The company is also focused on addressing potential privacy concerns related to artificial intelligence.
