Invest Inc., a fintech and advertisement technology company, has launched a machine-learning investment research platform to provide investors with AI-enabled technology to guide them in making investment decisions. The platform is available to investors at little to no cost and also features an AI-powered advertisement recommendation engine for advertisers to promote their brand and generate leads. To support the development, Invest will issue $18 million worth of its common shares to investors and has tapped tZERO Markets to be its exclusive placement agent and broker-dealer. Additionally, Invest has launched a paper-trading tournament with a $200,000 cash price pool for the top performers.
