US-based business process transformation company Sutherland Global Services is in discussions to acquire cloud-based platform and enterprise IT automation solutions provider Sunera Technologies (Suneratech). Suneratech helps enterprises enable digital transformation with a team of experts specialising in cloud, analytics, internet of things, automation, data science, artificial intelligence/machine learning, and business intelligence. Being the technology partner for AWS, Microsoft, SAP, Automation Anywhere, Azure, and Oracle, Suneratech serves more than 300 customers across the US, Europe and Asia. Last year, Sutherland had acquired AI-based customer experience platform company Augment CXM to extend its AI solutions portfolio.
