As the demand for skilled coders and software developers increases, Indian girls are learning the ropes to become world-class coders. Developers have emerged as the most sought-after role in India, with data engineers, site reliability engineers, assistant engineers, application developers and cloud engineers being the most in-demand. There are 45,000 Artificial Intelligence (AI) job openings in India, with data scientists and Machine Learning (ML) engineers being among the most sought-after careers. Parul Malhotra, a senior software development engineer, became a developer as she loved the idea of solving real-world issues through programming. Apple CEO Tim Cook believes that coding is the only global language and he wishes that more Indian students would learn it.
