MosaicML is a startup that is helping businesses develop new AI products without having to spend millions of dollars on training. They offer models from a wide range of APIs, off-the-shelf systems from cloud providers, and the ability to customize private or open source models. They recently released a series of open source large language models (LLMs) based on their MPT-7B architecture, which has a context window stretching to 64,000 tokens and supports commercial applications.
