New Emea Research By Rackspace Technology Finds Artificial Intelligence (ai) And Machine Learning (ml) Have Increased Productivity, Innovation, Intelligent Applications, And Results

Rackspace Technology RXT recently conducted a research which found that post-pandemic, the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) has increased in research and education universities. The research found that in the education sector, AI and ML are used to transcribe online lectures, conduct exams remotely, and enable distant learning, while in the research sector, AI and ML are used for security screening, sentiment analysis, predictive recommendations, and to speed up research. The research also found that almost 78% of IT managers surveyed in the research sector and 74% of IT managers surveyed in the education sector agree that AI and ML have impacted the way of doing research and teaching, respectively.
