Red Hat Inc., a subsidiary of IBM Corp., is kicking off its annual Red Hat Summit conference with the themes of “do more with less” and “scale for innovation”. The event is introducing Red Hat OpenShift AI, a standardized platform for creating production AI/ML models, which takes advantage of native GPU acceleration features and can be deployed on-premises or in the cloud. The event also includes enhancements such as deployment pipelines, model monitoring, bias detection, and optional technology partner offerings. Red Hat Service Interconnect is also being introduced, which enables developers to create trusted connections between services, applications and workloads across on-premises and multicloud environments.
