MIT’s School of Engineering has awarded the 2023 Junior Bose Award to two outstanding educators: Jacob Andreas and Mingda Li. Jacob Andreas, the X-Window Consortium Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and Mingda Li, the Class of 1947 Career Development Professor in the Department of Nuclear Science and Engineering, have both been praised for their enthusiasm and ability to make complex topics exciting and approachable. They will both be promoted to associate professor without tenure effective July 1.
