Mediatek : And Kontron Collaborate On The Integration Of Genio Chipsets Into Kontron’s Modules And Single Board Computers For Iot Applications

MediaTek and Kontron have announced a partnership to integrate MediaTek’s Genio 1200 and Genio 700 chipsets into Kontron’s new modules for IoT applications. MediaTek Genio is a complete platform stack for IoT, offering powerful and efficient chipsets, open platform software development kits (SDK), and a developer portal with comprehensive resources and tools. The first product will feature the MediaTek Genio 1200 Arm-based SoC and combines advanced multimedia support, multi-tasking, and highly responsive processing.
