In this article, the author explains the concepts behind Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA) which is used to solve combinatorial optimization problems. The author also explains how easy-to-use QML libraries, such as IBM Qiskit, make it easier for users to use quantum machine learning without having to understand the underlying mathematics or quantum mechanics. However, these libraries do not teach users much about how the algorithms work.
