Us Navy Develops Prototype Ai Infrastructure To Detect Underwater Threats

The US Navy and DIU have developed new AI infrastructure to improve underwater target detection. The project utilized five commercial MLOps vendors and reduced the time needed for ML model updates. The success of the project has led to plans for expansion across the US Department of Defence and other naval missions.
