Ai/ml Innovations Inc. Announces Agreement With Moonshot Inc.

AI/ML Innovations Inc. has entered into an independent contractor agreement with Moonshot Inc. for the services of Paul Duffy as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. The agreement includes a signing bonus and annual retention fees, as well as options for the Contractor to purchase shares in the Company.
