TU Graz is funding a new lead project called DigiBioTech, which aims to improve the predictability and control of biochemical reactions and processes through the use of biotechnology, data science, and artificial intelligence. The project also aims to produce novel enzymes that can break down persistent environmental toxins. The project is funded with 1.96 million euros over an initial period of three years.
