DoNotPay Inc, an AI-based legal services provider, is facing a lawsuit from a Chicago-based law firm. The lawsuit was filed by California resident Jonathan Faridian, who claims that DoNotPay provided him with substandard results. DoNotPay CEO Joshua Browder has responded to the claims, saying they have “no merit”.
