AI is not a threat to employment, but rather an assistant to humans. AI can provide supervised learning, and when used correctly, can increase the potential of both Man and Machine. AI has limitations, such as ChatGPT which can only summarize existing information and not create new information. The right approach to adapting AI is the learning curve approach.
