Harmonizing Heterogeneous Transcriptomics Datasets For Machine Learning-based Analysis To Identify Spaceflown Murine Liver-specific Changes

This article discusses the use of machine learning techniques to analyze RNA-Seq data from murine livers in order to identify biomarkers of spaceflight. The study focuses on harmonizing data from multiple experiments and using ML classifiers to accurately classify samples based on gene expression. The results show the potential for ML-based methods to be used in future spaceflight research.
