Creanord and Lounea have successfully completed a joint research project utilizing AI and ML to predict network congestion and improve service assurance. The project found that random forest classifiers (RFCs) were the most effective method for predicting network anomalies, with an accuracy of 85%. This proactive approach offers significant benefits for network operators and their customers, allowing for the prevention of network issues and optimization of resources.
