Yandex is offering a 70 million soums prize to young researchers in the field of artificial intelligence, along with grants and support from Yandex Cloud. The prize is awarded for achievements in computer vision, natural language processing, machine translation, speech recognition and synthesis, information retrieval, data analysis, and generative models. Applications are open until June 21, 2024, and the award will be given in the fall of that year. The 2023 award winners will focus on improving computer graphics, search and recommendation systems, and smart assistants.
