Cryo2structdata: A Large Labeled Cryo-em Density Map Dataset For Ai-based Modeling Of Protein Structures

Cryo2StructData is a large, publicly available, and well-curated dataset of cryo-EM density maps for developing and testing AI-based methods to build atomic models. It is the first of its kind and utilizes real-world density maps with high noise and experimental artifacts, providing a more accurate representation for training and testing deep learning models.
