Groq has developed a machine learning processor that is 10x faster and 10% of the cost of an Nvidia GPU, making it ideal for AI inference workloads. The processor, called the Tensor Stream Processor (TSP), uses a tiled microarchitecture and streaming processing model to achieve high performance and power efficiency.
