This article presents a novel data pipeline that combines medical imaging, genomics, systems biology and data science to advance the understanding, diagnosis and treatment of human diseases. A hybrid human-AI pipeline was created using machine learning and deep learning to connect combined data in medicine, molecular imaging, tissue gene expression and gene-disease association with individual clinical data and gene expression profiles. The pipeline is simple, robust, easy to deploy and capable of dealing with large data sets.
