This paper discusses the use of machine learning techniques to analyze a large volume of data and identify areas most at risk of air pollution. This project aims to reduce the percentage of cases of lung cancer and create awareness about the harmful effects of air quality index (AQI) on lung cancer patients and those suffering from other respiratory diseases. The paper reviews past research on the issue and the consequences of rising AQI and lung cancer. It also discusses the use of deep learning techniques to detect and classify lung images as normal or malignant.
