Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an integral part of our daily lives and industries, with technologies such as natural language processing, machine learning, quantum computing and deep learning enabling practical applications in areas such as medicine, manufacturing and banking. However, there are concerns surrounding AI such as privacy, job displacements, loss of human control, AI uprising, and bias and discrimination. To lessen these fears, it is important to rethink AI as augmented intelligence, and to consider the human first principle when utilizing AI in a business setting.
