Deep Genomics has developed BigRNA, a unique AI foundation model that utilizes DNA sequences to accurately discover the effects of non-coding, missense and synonymous variants on tissue-specific gene regulation, identify new mechanisms of RNA biology, and design RNA therapeutic candidates. BigRNA can also be applied in a range of downstream tasks such as predicting RNA-binding protein (RBP) and microRNA binding sites, and can help design different types of RNA based therapeutics.
