Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) has announced five generative artificial intelligence (AI) innovations, including the general availability of Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed service that makes foundation models (FMs) from leading AI companies available through a single application programming interface (API). Additionally, Amazon Titan Embeddings model is now generally available and Llama 2 will be available as a new model on Amazon Bedrock. AWS is also releasing a preview of Generative Business Intelligence (BI) authoring capabilities for Amazon QuickSight. These innovations provide customers with enterprise-grade security and privacy, selection of best-in-class models, and powerful model customization capabilities.
