VERSES AI Inc. (NEO:VERS) (OTCQX:VRSSF) has raised an additional C$600,000 through the third and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement of unsecured convertible debentures units. The proceeds from the Private Placement are intended to be used for general working capital purposes and all securities issued are subject to a four month hold period from the date of issue. The Company paid fees to eligible finders consisting of C$48,000 and 34,286 broker warrants.
