LivePerson and Cohere have announced a pilot program to enable enterprise brands to easily create and deploy custom Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve customer engagement and business outcomes. The program will provide custom LLMs built on the enterprise’s specific needs, goals, policies, and data, as well as guardrails to prevent LLMs from “hallucinating” answers not grounded in reality. The program is expected to provide significant cost and time savings, with LLMs built and optimized directly in partnership with AI experts.
