A recent survey conducted by Orion revealed that 33% of respondents consider artificial intelligence to be the most disruptive technology trend in the financial services industry. However, only 18% of respondents stated that they would make exploratory investments in AI and machine learning over the next three years. Despite this, the recent public introduction of ChatGPT, an AI platform, has sparked a great deal of interest and is sure to cause the number of AI investments to grow.
