This study aimed to explore biomarkers related to osteosarcoma and cuproptosis-related and immune-related diagnostic biomarkers through an artificial intelligence approach. Genomic expression data of osteosarcoma for the training set were downloaded from the UCSC Xena database and skeletal muscle samples from the GTEx database were used as normal controls for the training set. The gene expression data of the validation set for osteosarcoma was downloaded from the GEO database. Subsequently, the probe numbers of the training and validation sets were converted into recognizable gene symbols.
