The WCO Smart Customs Project hosted virtual meetings with National Contact Points to discuss the project’s focus technologies and the development of a Smart Customs Community Portal. The meetings saw a strong interest and commitment from WCO Members, with active involvement in designing the portal’s functionalities. A consultative group was also formed to shape the portal’s requirements and ensure it meets the diverse needs of the Customs community.
