This study aimed to identify the critical factors associated with the surgical stability of Pog by applying Machine Learning (ML) to predict relapse following 2 J-OGS surgery. The study sample consisted of 319 adult Korean patients diagnosed with skeletal class III malocclusion who underwent combined surgical orthodontic treatment and 2 J-OGS surgery at Seoul National University Dental University Hospital or Ajou University Dental Hospital. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the final study sample included 227 patients (110 males and 117 females). The results showed that the Pog posterior movement was 1.59 ± 2.76 mm.
