Express Logistics, a third-party logistics service provider, implemented a decision intelligence platform powered by machine learning algorithms to gain visibility into their shipping and transportation operations. The platform uses AI and ML capabilities to provide insight into their operations, sending alerts and identifying alternatives when volatility arises. This was done in response to disruptions that hampered their transportation operations throughout 2022, such as natural disasters and Canadian truck driver protests.
