The Applied AI Research Center (AARC) at Purdue Polytechnic is a new center focused on advancing AI through interdisciplinary collaboration and partnerships. Led by founding director Byung-Cheol Min, AARC’s core faculty spans four different departments within the college and will expand to other colleges at Purdue. AARC’s main research areas include computer vision, cybersecurity, machine learning and data analytics, natural language processing, and robotics and automation.
