Amd To Acquire Hyperscale Server Solutions Provider Zt Systems In $4.9bn Deal

AMD has agreed to acquire ZT Systems, an AI and general-purpose compute infrastructure provider, for $4.9bn. The acquisition will help AMD advance its AI strategy and offer leadership AI training and inferencing solutions. ZT Systems’ expertise in designing and optimizing cloud computing solutions will also help customers deploy AMD-driven AI infrastructure at scale.
