Fei-Fei Li, a computer scientist and Stanford University professor, has developed a new technology that uses human-like visual data processing to enable AI to make advanced inferences. She is establishing a new startup with investments from Andreessen Horowitz and Radical Ventures. The startup’s name, funding amount, and valuation have not yet been made public. Fei-Fei Li is known for her work on ImageNet, which has become essential for helping computers recognize objects in photos. In a recent TED talk, Li discussed how advances in spatial intelligence have enabled robots to predict relationships between objects and derive insights.
