Arm has unveiled its third-generation NPU, the Arm Ethos-U85, to support edge AI and a new IoT reference design platform, Corstone-320, to accelerate deployment of voice, audio, and vision systems. The Ethos-U85 offers a 4x performance uplift and 20% higher power efficiency compared to its predecessor, and supports AI frameworks such as TensorFlow Lite and PyTorch.
