Nvidia, a technology company with a market value of over $2 trillion, was founded in a Denny’s restaurant in 1993. Co-founder Jensen Huang, who started as a dishwasher at Denny’s, credits the restaurant with teaching him humility, hard work, and hospitality. The company’s name, Nvidia, was derived from the initials “NV” which stood for “next version.”
