The company is focusing on digital transformation of traditional OSS/BSS workloads, helping them build their product suites and modernize their billing software. GlobalLogic has strong relationships with all leading telcos in India, and is working on building the basic product infrastructure, as well as Gen AI to disrupt contact centers.
