This Special Issue focuses on the application of state-of-the-art computer-enhanced methods in the field of rehabilitation. These methods aim to reduce the load on medical and allied health professionals while maintaining effective, personalized patient rehabilitation. Directions in this field include remote monitoring, automatic assessment of motion, automated guidance and feedback, and personalization. Additionally, AR/VR-based exercises enable the rehabilitation system to generate more engaging cognitive-motor tasks, which can be specifically tailored to the patient’s abilities and interests.
