Grene Robotics, a Hyderabad-based deep tech and robotics company, has developed the world’s only autonomous, wide-area, counter-drone system named Indrajaal. The system is capable of detecting, identifying, classifying, tracking and swiftly neutralising threats in real-time. Demonstrations of the system were recently conducted at the company’s 79-acre test facility and Research and Development centre, where the Governor of Uttarakhand, Lt Gen Gurmit Singh, was the Chief Guest. Indrajaal works on a LEGO blocks-like combination mechanism which integrates 12 layers of technology powered by Artificial Intelligence and can cover a vast area of up to 4000 sq km.
