This paper presents ANyEye, a convolutional neural network-based nystagmus extraction system optimized for video-nystagmography data. ANyEye is designed to diagnose Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), the most common vestibular disorder, which is characterized by episodes of vertigo triggered by specific head movements. ANyEye outperforms other eye-tracking methods with a five-pixel error detection rate of 91.26%.
