This article discusses the use of a “wiki survey” format to identify the most important multicenter research needs in pediatric CMR. The survey was activated over a 2-month period, with 3,658 votes cast among 96 user sessions. Of 40 ideas that received votes, 38 were seed ideas contributed by the working group, and 2 were uploaded by participants. The three major topics that received the highest scores included myocardial disorders, technology, and normal reference values. Multicenter research is integral to addressing major knowledge gaps in pediatric CMR, and the wiki survey format was chosen due to its strengths.
