The Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI) celebrated the graduation of its second cohort of 59 students from 25 countries, who earned master’s degrees in computer vision, machine learning, and natural language processing. The event was attended by Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Dr Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and Professor Eric Xing, MBZUAI President and University Professor. Dr Al Jaber expressed confidence that the graduates will make a profound social and economic impact and develop tangible AI solutions to help address global challenges in health, education, and climate.
