Metanoia Sensing, a deep tech startup in Singapore, has developed a breath analyser called MetaNose to help people monitor their fat burning and gain insights into their metabolic health risks. The device uses a Micro-Electro-Mechanical System acetone sensor and a proprietary signal processing algorithm to measure volatile organic compounds and analyse the oxidative stress of lipid metabolism or fat burning. Additionally, South Korean medical AI company Lunit is enhancing its chest x-ray reading capability at Radlink.
