A team of researchers at MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) has developed an AI assistant that can oversee and coordinate a team of human and AI agents in various tasks. The system uses a theory of mind model to understand and align the plans and beliefs of team members, intervening when necessary to improve teamwork effectiveness.
